Chiradeep Patra, FINAL WORDS, Valentines Day

“LOVE NEVER FAILS” – NOT EVEN AFTER 14TH FEB…

“If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.  If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.”

Above quote from the scripture talks about Four very important talents or gifts or qualities of human being. Tongues, Prophecy, Faith & Giving.

Tongues of men or of angels means a person speaking in various languages of man or country or heavenly languages; can be a communicator, linguist, great in oratory skill.

Prophecy is the knowledge about God or God’s message, divine message to the mankind. That’s the highest knowledge a person can have.

Faith and conviction is what we believe and the miracles can happen concerning somebody’s faith.

Giving away wealth or sacrificing; a person who donates…

These are all very higher characters of any human being on earth to posses either all of them or any one out of all.

But the fact is, the writer declares, that even the spectacular manifestations of all these attributes comes to void if they are not motivated by love.

The writer further says,

“Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.”

Talents like language, telling prophecies, knowledge can come to an end but not love. Because love lasts forever.

Therefore, practice love daily even after 14th February… You can afford to forget Valentine’s day but not “LOVE.”

Stay Blessed!!!
